Beginning with the finest, freshest nuts, we use our  family recipe to glaze them to perfection. The flavors swirl and blend into the nuts under extreme heat until they are done. They are then removed from the kettle and put in a pan to separate and cool so that they can be packaged and shipped later that afternoon.
